In this video I have outlined how to make sure your Bat Speed Recon is reading every swing you take. There are sensors that pick up the tip of the bat (the only reliable and consistent part of the bat we can isolate).
The key is to get the tip of the bat to pass through both of those sensors every time. What happens is that different athletes have different swing planes. So for an athlete that swings UP you need to move the tee up (because they are swinging under the sensors. For an athlete that swings DOWN you need to move the tee DOWN (because they are swinging over the sensors). I hope this helps!
